I love how the author describes networking. "Networking is about creating genuine relationships to share resources, collaborate and create win-win situations for everyone involved. Networking is more of a team sport than it is an individual sport. It's about building community on the way to achieving your own individual goals!"
Then, he goes into the steps to grow your network and your business through authentic relationships. The author also explains how to connect with people in circles above yours.
To create winning partnerships, you need trust, clear expectations, genuine interest, open communications, congruent core values, and a few more attributes that the author explains.
